In the Gymondo Nutrition Plan, we distinguish between these two types of plates.
Depending on what your goal is, the composition of your plates will change during the day. Your plan shows you when to stick to which plate:
- Balanced Plate: 1/3 vegetables, 1/3 protein, 1/3 side dishes, plus one portion of healthy fat. This is your balanced plate.
- Light Plate: 2/3 vegetables, 1/3 protein, and a small portion of fat. This is what your perfect light plate looks like.
