Try to earn as many nutrition points as possible every day. Enter these on the website or in the app.
Depending on the progress, you will reach one of these three zones:
- 15-20 points -> Clean Zone: You are following a clean nutrition plan and will reach your goal faster!
- 08-14 points -> Green Zone: You are reaching your goal at normal speed.
- 00-07 points -> Basic Zone: Your diet could still be optimized.
If you manage to stay above 15 points (Clean Zone) permanently, you will see progress in no time. From 8 points (Green Zone), your diet is visibly supporting your training progress. There is still room for improvement in the Basic Zone. Stick to it!
The Nutrition Score reflects how quickly you can count on progress.
