Stagnation: I'm at a standstill! What should I change?

Is your weight stagnating or increasing? Do your measurements stay the same or even increase? No need to worry! Everyone reaches a standstill at some point. One of the reasons could be that your training is not intense or challenging enough. It would be advisable to take our fitness test regularly, which will tell you your level of fitness and help you select the right program.

Another and more likely reason is your diet. A change in diet takes time and discipline. There are those who cheat regularly, whether it's a piece of chocolate, a luscious cappuccino from the corner coffee shop, or a piece of birthday cake at the office.
