At the end of the challenge, you'll need to enter how many reps (repetitions) you completed. A repetition is simply starting the exercise and returning to the starting position.
- Squats: Stand with feet apart > lower down into the squat > straighten back to the starting position
- Lunges: Step forward with one foot until your leg reaches a 90-degree angle > lift your front lunging leg to return to the starting position
- Mountain climbers: you pull the right and the left leg up to your torso in alternation. Once you've pulled up both legs, that's a rep.
