A repetition (rep) is each time you perform the full range of motion required for that exercise.
- Squat starting position: deep into the squat, then back to the starting position
- Lunges & power knees: change the leg you're standing on after 30 seconds. Each complete set on each leg counts as a repetition.
- Mountain climbers: you pull the right and the left leg up to your torso in alternation. Once you've pulled up both legs, that's a rep.
