I want to change my exercise program. How?

No problem. Just click on "Programs" in the navigation bar. Here you can look at all the programs and choose a new one. But you can also stay in your program and do workouts from other programs. For this, simply choose an additional workout under "Workouts".

If you need a day off, no problem. Don't take too much time off, though, otherwise you will lose the effect of all your hard work.
