How about Carbs in the evening?

Are carbs taboo in the evening? 

There is no universal answer to this question because it depends on your goal.

  • Want to lose weight? Then you should skip the carbs in the evening.
  • Want to build muscle? Then you can have a carb or two more. A portion of carbs in the evening is no problem if you're building muscle (especially after training).
  • Want to keep your healthy weight? Super! Stay flexible. Occasionally skipping the carbs at night is good, but not a must.
