If you have booked a subscription, you can suspend your subscription a maximum of 90 days per year. You can also split the pause in two, covering vacation and illness, for example. Please make sure you have at least 15 of the 90 days left for the second pause. To pause your subscription, proceed as follows:
- Login to your member account.
- Click on your name in the upper right corner
- Click on My Account
- Click on the pencil at the end of the line showing your membership
- Activate the pause now
At this same spot, you can resume your subscription once you're back from vacation or feeling healthy again.
