How can I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions purchased via the Gymondo website
The auto-renewal of subscriptions purchased via the Gymondo website can only be cancelled via the Gymondo website. The cancellation period is 24 hours before the next renewal date, and refunds can not be given for subscriptions which were not cancelled in time.
1. Cancellation in web browser
Log into your Gymondo account from a web browser on your laptop or PC
Click on your name in the top right corner
Click on 'Your Account'
Click on 'Account'
Scroll to the bottom
Click on 'Cancel membership'
Click on 'Proceed with cancellation'
2. Cancellation mobile browser
Log into your Gymondo account from a web browser on your mobile or tablet
Click on the hamburger menu in the top right corner (3 stripes)
Click on 'Your Account'
You're in the overview: open the menu by clicking on the arrow
Click on 'Account'
Scroll to the bottom
Click on 'Cancel membership'
Click on 'Proceed with cancellation'
3. Cancellation in the app
Cancellations in the Gymondo mobile and TV apps are not possible. If you try to cancel your subscription in the app, you will be led to the Gymondo website. Please log into your account on the browser and complete the cancellation there using the steps above.
PLEASE NOTE: Deleting the app or deleting your Gymondo account does not cancel a subscription!
Subscriptions purchased via an app store
Subscriptions purchased via an app store must be cancelled in the relevant app store.
