How can I cancel via email?

It's not necessary to send us an email to cancel your subscription. To avoid delay and frustration, subscriptions can be canceled quickly and easily in your Gymondo account or via the relevant purchase partner:

• How to cancel on the Gymondo website

• How to cancel via Apple

• How to cancel via Google Play

• How to cancel via Amazon

The notice period to avoid renewals is 24 hours before the next renewal. Cancellations entered too late are not eligible for a refund.

IMPORTANT: 

• Subscriptions can not be canceled in the Gymondo app

•  Deleting the Gymondo app does not cancel a subscription

• Deleting your Gymondo account does not cancel a subscription.
