To save time and avoid any unnecessary frustration while waiting for a reply, we recommend checking our FAQ section first. Many common questions are answered there, and you might find the solution you need right away! You can either search for a keyword using the search bar or browse all articles in the respective categories.

If you have questions about cancelling your subscription, you can find all the information you need in one of our articles in the Cancellations section. There, you'll also find step-by-step guides to canceling your subscription depending on the purchase method.

Contacting us by email

If you cannot find an answer to your question in the FAQs, you can always send us an email. Please send your email from the registered email address associated with your account to service@gymondo.com. We will respond to you as soon as possible.

If you do not know which email address is associated with your subscription, please send us the 16-digit payment reference number. If you signed up through a partner (Google, Apple, Amazon), we will need the invoice to locate your account or you can reach out directly to your contractual partner for assistance.

NOTE: Since each email is read and responded to individually, sending multiple emails regarding the same issue can delay the process and increase your waiting time for a response.

Contacting us by post

If you prefer to send us post, please note that the Gymondo team only processes and responds to postal inquiries once a week, as of November 2020.

If you are sending a cancellation or revocation by post, please be aware that we will regard the date of the postmark on the envelope as the cancellation date. It is recommended to send the letter by registered mail and to keep the proof of receipt until you get confirmation of the cancellation.

Additionally, you can simply scan or take a photo of your health insurance bonus booklet and send it to service@gymondo.com. We will send it back to you by email once we have validated it. If you are unable to send it digitally, please read this article for alternative instructions.
