How to Cancel a Subscription Purchased via Google Play Store

Subscriptions purchased in the Google Play Store must be canceled in your Google Play account

Subscriptions purchased in the Google Play Store cannot be canceled in your Gymondo account. They must be canceled from your Google Play account on an Android in which you are logged into your Google ID.

To cancel your subscription on and Android device:

1. Go to 'Subscriptions' in Google Play

2. Select the Gymondo subscription

3. Tap on 'Cancel subscription'

4. Follow the instructions

Your subscription will expire at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. Please note that the notice period for Google Play subscriptions is 24 hours before the next renewal, and refunds can not be given for late cancellations.

Things to note:

• Gymondo can not manage your Google Play subscription on your behalf

• Deleting the Gymondo app does not cancel your Google Play subscription

• Deleting your Gymondo account does not cancel your Google Play subscription
