How to Cancel a Subscription Purchased via Apple

Subscriptions purchased in the iOS App Store must be canceled in your Apple account

Subscriptions purchased in the iOS App Store cannot be canceled in your Gymondo account. They must be canceled from your Apple account on an iOS device in which you are logged into your Apple ID.

To cancel your subscription on your iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open the Settings app and log into your Apple account if you have not already done so

  2. Tap on your name > tap on 'Subscriptions'

  3. Tap on the Gymondo subscription

  4. Tap on 'Cancel Subscription'

Your subscription will expire at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. Please note that the notice period for Apple subscriptions is 24 hours before the next renewal, and refunds can not be given for late cancellations.

Things to note:

  • Gymondo can not manage your Apple subscription on your behalf

  • Deleting the Gymondo app does not cancel your Apple subscription

  • Deleting your Gymondo account does not cancel your Apple subscription
