How to Cancel a Subscription Purchased via Amazon Appstore

Subscriptions purchased in the Amazon Appstore must be canceled in your Amazon account

Subscriptions purchased in the Amazon Appstore cannot be canceled in your Gymondo account. They must be canceled from your Amazon account on a device in which you are logged into your Amazon account.

To cancel in the Amazon Appstore

1. Open the Amazon Appstore app

2. Tap on 'My Apps'

3. Tap on 'Subscriptions'

4. Navigate to your Gymondo subscription and proceed with the cancellation

To cancel on Fire Tablets

1. Select 'Apps' > 'Store'

2. Open the menu and tap on 'Manage subscriptions'

3. Navigate to your Gymondo subscription and proceed with the cancellation

To cancel on the Amazon website:

1. Navigate to 'My account' > select 'Your Apps' under the section 'Digital content and devices'

2. Select 'Your Subscriptions' under 'Manage'

3. Navigate to your Gymondo subscription and proceed with the cancellation

Your subscription will expire at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. Please note that the notice period for Amazon subscriptions is 24 hours before the next renewal, and refunds can not be given for late cancellations.

Things to note:

• Gymondo can not manage your Amazon subscription on your behalf

• Deleting the Gymondo app does not cancel your Amazon subscription

• Deleting your Gymondo account does not cancel your Amazon subscription
