How is the payment made?

Subscriptions purchased via our website

Subscription fees may be paid using the following payment methods:

• Credit or Debit Card

• SEPA Direct Debit

• Apple Pay (depending on your device)

• Google Pay (depending on your device)

Payments via bank transfer are not possible. We kindly ask that you do not send wire transfers to Gymondo as they will not be assigned to your account.

Subscriptions concluded via a partner store are managed by the partner, and can neither be canceled nor refunded by Gymondo.
