The device is disconnected
On Android
Go to the My Account page
Scroll down until you see the Data section with the trackers available
Tap on a toggle button near the tracker you want to disconnect

How soon does the data start coming?
This depends on the provider, but the data should start coming immediately *Fitbit case is below
If you don’t see the data, try refreshing the Gymondo home page or app
And try syncing up the wearable
When do I need to sync the wearable?
When you need the most recent data in the Gymondo app
Otherwise the data will be coming in intervals, from 15 minutes to once per hour
For Fitbit
Right now there can be up to a 40 minutes window between the connection and when the data starts coming in, we are working on fixing this, but for now
Wait for about 40 minutes - 1 hour after the connection
If the steps are still not there, then:
refresh the Gymondo app or
sync up the watch
What if I disconnect and connect other or the same wearable while the challenge or contest is running?
The contest tickets and the progress towards the challenge will still be saved if you disconnect the wearable in the middle of the contest or challenge
The challenge will not stop for you
If you then connect another wearable, the steps will be flowing from the moment when you connect it
However we strongly recommend to not disconnect and then connect another tracker in the middle of the challenge or contest if you wish to have the most accurate data
How many wearables can I connect
You can connect only once device right now, to make sure the steps data is consistent
What can I do if my wearable is not supported by Gymondo?
We are working on adding more providers, but for now, you can connect your wearable to Apple Health or Google Health Connect
Then connect Apple Health or Google Health Connect to Gymondo, which should feed the data from your wearable through to Gymondo
What data is sent from or to Gymondo
Currently Gymondo is not sending any data to wearables
Gymondo only consumes the steps data from the wearable devices for now
